| Return Policy |
We strive to provide the best products and services available, however, we understand that there may be occasions where a merchandise return is warranted.
A Merchandise Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item. No exchanges or credits will be processed for items returned without authorization. Return To Stock merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when sold and is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any incurred shipping cost. Returned goods will not be accepted after thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
To obtain authorization for a return, please send an email to sales@thedingcompany.com stating the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return. We will reply with an authorization for the return or a reason why the authorization was denied. |

| VentureShield Limited Liftetime Warranty |

This product includes a limited lifetime warranty provided by VentureShield. for the original purchaser. This product is protected from discoloring, cracking, or peeling due to a manufacturers or professional installation defect. Warranty is valid for the life of the vehicle as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle. Any discoloring, cracking, peeling or other damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper installation, ordinary wear, or external forces is the responsibility of the owner and will void warranty. VentureShield shall not be liable for any loss or damage, incidental, special, direct or consequential, resulting from the use of these products. Buyers remedy for loss is limited to replacement of defective product when this form is submitted to VentureShield. |
